i am using airtel mobile office monthly gprs plan on my mobile.when i am surfing some wap sites on 7th april 2011,i got a message that gclub is activated for my number and Rs.20 have been deducted as 7days subcription charge.then i call coustemer care 121 and complaint no.198 somany times but no AIRTEL EXECUTIVE is connected to me.i tried tomorrow and every day but no result Airtel customer care is stopped for my number. After 7days my balance is again deducted Rs20 without any message or information.after that also i tried to contact airtel executives on 121 and 198 again, but no result.i tried again and again but no result. What happend to AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE?Are they LIVE OR NOT? If there is no wrong to cut my balance, WHY THEY CUT CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY NUMBER? How i know to deactivate this service?i lost my Rs.40 balance with out my permission.when they stop my cutting my balance. I think they are cheating their customers.
